Development of Knowledge Services for service improvement and transformation is central to the National Health Library and Knowledge Service strategy. Through the Knowledge Broker Team we will work to develop appropriate knowledge supports, assigning knowledge brokers as partners to support programmes from design to evaluation.
Knowledge Broker Team
The purpose of the NHLKS Knowledge Broker team is to foster Knowledge Brokering as a key methodology for knowledge transfer in the HSE.
By supporting the process of knowledge translation the National Health Library & Knowledge Service Knowledge Broker team aim to help bridge what is often described as the ‘know-do’ gap; the gap between research and evidence and its use in clinical practice, policy and planning.
