Knowledge Support Service

Development of Knowledge services to support service improvement & transformation within the health service is a key aim of the Health Library Ireland Strategy.

To ensure maximum efficiency in delivery of Knowledge Services the Knowledge brokerage team is now divided into two specific parts. The team will now be known as the Knowledge Support Team as this will be the main element of the teams work.

Knowledge Support

This part of the team will focus on (but are not limited to) active participation in priority national groups and representation including conducting literature searches, delivering training, creation of lib guides, development of horizon scanning/current awareness services support of journal clubs.

Knowledge Translation

For projects that require advice on knowledge translation and bridging knowledge /knowledge brokering, staff can avail of these services via contacting the co-leads in Research and Development.  Email ResearchandDevelopment@hse.ie
