About the Library
The eLibrary provides access to core evidence-based resources for use by HSE Staff and Students. Access to the eLibrary is free.
HSE Staff and Students can use the search box at the top of the page to search the eLibrary for articles, ejournals, ebooks and more.
Access to the eLibrary is provided in 2 ways, click on Login / Register above to connect.
1. Direct connection when on a HSE device
2. OpenAthens account
a. HSE Staff and Students log in with their HSE library account
b. Section 38 and Partner Organisations log in with an OpenAthens Account.
Access is also provided to staff at Partner Organisations by agreement. This includes the following types of organisation:
- Section 38
- Section 39
- Voluntary Hospital
- Government Department
- Other public sector bodies in the health sector.
